“I had a very very last minute overnight request, and thankfully, Zachary was very accommodating. After i sent a message through Rover, he responded almost immediately, and my husband was on his way to drop our dog off shortly after. He did not give a lot of updates during her stay, but I also had not specifically requested this. When I did check in, he responded promptly. Our dog was a happy girl when we picked her up, and went to get several more cuddles before jumping in our car. It was obvious to me she was comfortable during her stay. I would absolutely have Zachary watch her again in the future if he is available. Totally recommend. 5 stars”
