In addition to being a friendly and polite young woman, she was attentive in making sure I had daily pictures and updates (actually twice a day). I never had any worries, especially when she reported that our dogs got along well and played together. Knowing Frannie had great care and a temporary companion while we were gone made our vacation totally relaxing.”
