“We had never used Rover but needed to find somewhere for our girl to go while we went away for the holidays. A boarding style situation just didn’t feel right for our spoiled pup. Right from our first communication - Asialee, Jonathan and kiddos were a perfect fit! They encouraged a meet and greet before booking and we even did a trial stay for a couple nights. Poppy was happy and taken care of like she was one of the family! While we were away they sent photos and videos - reassuring us that she was doing great (though we had no doubt) and even brought her to their family Christmas dinner. If we could give 10 stars, we would. Thank you for taking the best care of Poppy - she can’t wait to see your family again soon!”

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”
