She was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and she kept me updated constantly with messages and photos so I always knew how Winnie was doing. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Winnie and took the time to make her feel comfortable and loved while I was away. Seeing how happy and relaxed Winnie was in the updates meant so much to me. When I came back, it was obvious Winnie had been very well cared for.
