“Kimberly was absolutely AMAZING! My little yorkie Phoenix is my whole heart so I'm VERY protective of him and cautious about who I allow to care for him because he's so small. I had to go out of town for a few days and needed to board him while I was gone. I scrolled through several profiles on Rover and finally found Kimberly. She, Phoenix, and I video chatted a day or two before his visit to get acquainted and to discuss Phoenix's care. That call put me so at ease. Immediately upon meeting her in person, Phoenix was in love! Kimberly was great about providing updates and pictures during his stay which allowed me to relax while I was away, knowing that he was loved, safe and happy. We will definitely ask her to care for him again in the future! Thank you, Kimberly!!!! ❤️ ❤️”
