“We had such a great experience with Jiaxun! He accepted our last-minute request during a long weekend, which already helped us out so much. Throughout the stay, he kept us updated with frequent photos and messages, and always asked thoughtful clarifying questions whenever needed. Our dog is very anxious in new environments and can be quite resource guarding, so we’re always nervous leaving him with someone new. But he’s also incredibly affectionate once he feels genuinely cared for, and it was obvious our sitter truly cared about him. We could tell our dog felt safe and comfortable, which means everything to us. We’re so grateful for the patience, kindness, and attention he gave our pup. Highly recommend!”
