“I have 2 small dogs that I had never left with anyone but family. I was very worried about leaving my dogs for the first time but Penny did a wonderful job easing my nervousness. She made the process very easy. Penny is so nice and thoughtful, she treated my babies as if they were her own. Penny was awesome and went above and beyond our expectations. She sent several updates throughout the day with lots of pictures and videos to reassure me that my dogs were having fun. It made our vacation away more relaxing and enjoyable.
