“Monica McStay is very capable of caring for animals. I have known Monica for 17 years and we have grown up taking care of six dogs and a lot of other animals. She currently owns two of her own dogs. She has spent a lot of money taking care of her dogs, they always have food and they always have medicine when they need it. She always puts her dogs needs before her own.
