About: I work a hybrid position during the week allowing my schedule lots of opportunity to care for your fur baby. I have lived with Labrador retrievers all my life but love all animals. I live an active lifestyle. Caring for your pup would entail walking, exploring trails and local beaches. I have experience in caring for animals of all ages and energy needs. I provide a safe environment for your pet. I have a nice crate, beds, feeding bowls and leashes. I recommend a pet coming with their own toys for play! Locally there are serval nice walking trails and a great dog park. I am happy to chat more on providing the best care for your pet! My hours are very flexible. I work near by an am away from home a total of 8 hours a week. The other hours are spent at home in my office. I am happy to work around the needs of your family and schedules. Caring for your pet would entail creating a safe space. While walking your dog will be on a leash. I do not have a fence therefore your pet will not be left with the potential of escaping. The environment is very safe in my home with no access to toxins.

“Ellen did such an amazing job with my senior rescue girl! She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

“Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. She was so responsive sent several pictures of Bailey while we were gone and when we went to pick her up she had all of her stuff packed up and ready to go - she had even broken down her crate so we could just put it in the car.
