“I’m happy my little boy Leo enjoyed his stay with Penelope and her 2 fur babies Georgie and Oliver. We did 2 visits prior to boarding to introduce Leo and see if he was comfortable. From the first visit I felt comfortable Leo would be fine. He never boarded with other dogs before and did really good making new friends. Thank you Penelope for the photos, videos and updates on how Leo was doing it really helped to know he was in good hands. I especially enjoyed the videos of playtime seeing him interact with the other dogs and having fun made me smile. When I picked him up he was so calm usually he’s barking and pulling towards me to hurry and leave. Thank you Penelope for taking care of my little boy. ?”

“Katie (and Ruth!) are amazing! Our shy girl had never been boarded before, and we hit the lottery with finding Katie. She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. We were updated frequently with plenty of pictures. We could tell that Parsley was having an absolute blast - which was confirmed when I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave.
