About: I’ve always had dogs in my life, whether as an owner, a foster parent, or a pet sitter. I’m attentive to each dog’s unique needs, whether that means extra patience with a senior dog, sticking closely to medication schedules, or giving a nervous pup time to warm up. Having my own dogs has taught me how important it is to keep pets comfortable, safe, and stress-free while their owners are away. I'm in graduate school but most of my classes are online. As a dog owner of two pups already, pet care is a big part of my daily and weekly routine, from feeding and giving medication to going on neighborhood walks and playing fetch in the backyard. I have a fully fenced backyard where dogs can safely run and play under supervision. I stick closely to each dog’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walk times, crate use, and house rules. I respect how every owner has trained their dog — if they’re allowed on furniture, I’m happy to keep that consistent, and if not, I reinforce boundaries and provide comfortable dog beds for rest. My goal is to make their time away feel as normal and stress-free as possible.
