“We had such a positive experience with Braylee while boarding our dog Maya for the very first time and for a few days. Right from the start, Braylee was warm, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She has two dogs of her own and takes them to the dog park multiple times a day, which was perfect because Maya loves playing with other dogs. Braylee kept Maya free-roaming in the apartment (while her own dogs were safely kenneled), which helped Maya feel comfortable. She sent regular updates, let us know when Maya was relaxing more, took her on long walks and to the dog park, and even shared that she ate her dinner after being a bit picky at first in the new environment. Those little updates meant so much while we were away on our road trip. She was also amazingly flexible with timing. Our return from Galveston got delayed late into the night due to unavoidable circumstances and Braylee was so understanding about adjusting pickup to the next morning without any stress. She truly went out of her way to make everything work for us and Maya. Braylee is caring, professional, and clearly loves dogs. We felt completely at ease leaving Maya with her.
