“I came to know Yenti when I had an emergency situation almost 3 years ago. We did not know each other. We just saw each other in the neighborhood. She saw how distraught I was when I asked whether she knows any pet sitters in the area. She immediately offered to help. She cared for my 2 cats for 3 days while I was in a hospital. Because my cats were new to Yenti, she calmly guided me with correct questions during the short 30 minutes that we've got to talk before I left for the hospital. She asked my permission to record the conversation, so that she can listen to it later. Yenti is highly organized. She created a cheat sheet that briefly describes character of each cat, the food they eat, how to serve it, which times, which vets I take them to, where carriers are, etc. I found it pretty useful and still have it on my refrigerator where she left it. And while my cats were happy to see me, Yenti proved to be very reliable, dependable, caring individual that keeps her cool even in emergency situations. I highly recommend her.”
