“Livia and family are simply the best. Since I was new to Rover, I was very nervous leaving Cooper with a stranger. Our pre visit put all of that to rest. Cooper was immediately treated as a family member. Livia regularly communicated how Cooper was doing throughout his stay. She was genuinely concerned about his well being asking questions when warranted. Livia’s son was kind enough to send a Spider-Man stuff toy home with Cooper. He hasn’t put it down since getting home. We will definitely use Livia again when needed.”
