“Anirban was so great with Bert. He offered a pre-meetup and was always flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. My dog is a senior with some extra medications and bad hips, and Anirban did a great job of carrying him in his carrybag and making sure he got his meds. Always communicative and sent photos.
