“This was the 1st time leaving our puppy at Rachel’s. We were very impressed, she checked in with us often leading up to the date we dropped our pup off. The place is clean and well organized. She had attention to detail that as a dog owner makes us feel more secure. She sent us pics and videos as the day went along so we felt connected. Overall a very positive experience, will do this again soon.”
