“Rich provided a clean, comfortable and happy environment for Libby. She got plenty of exercise, playtime and potty breaks. He was gentle with her and learned how to manage some of her quirky behaviors. I felt very comfortable leaving her in his care and am thankful to have found him through Rover!”
