“Joanne P. was absolutely incredible with our dogs, Nala and Bella. This was their first time ever being away from us for an extended period (9 days), so naturally we were a bit nervous going in. From the very first meet-and-greet, though, any worries disappeared. Nala and Bella took to Joanne right away, which told us everything we needed to know. Throughout our trip, Joanne went above and beyond. She consistently sent photos and updates, which made such a difference in helping us relax and actually enjoy our vacation. It was clear in every message and picture that our girls were not just being cared for, but genuinely loved. When we came back, Nala and Bella were happy, comfortable, and clearly had a wonderful time. It’s such a relief to know we have someone we can trust completely with them.
