“Erica was amazing! We were able to do a meet and greet ahead of the stay and I felt so welcomed and comfortable with Erica. During the stay, my pup was treated like family. She sent regular updates, photos, and videos, which made me feel connected even while I was away. It was clear that my dog was enjoying the time spent with her—there were lots of walks, playtime, and cuddles! This was our first time using rover and we will definitely be booking with Erica again.”
