“Keri was extremely accommodating and professional during scheduling and throughout our fur baby’s stay. You can tell she knows her K9s and really loves them all. We had a rough start introducing our pup to hers, but Keri ensured our pup was comfortable and even noticed her needing extra privacy at times. She also gave us daily updates, pics and videos of her which put us at great ease!”
