From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive during the booking process and answered all of our questions promptly. Sarah was also very flexible with our drop-off and pick-up times, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout Sparky's 4-night stay, she sent lots of pictures and regular updates, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to see how much fun Sparky was having. It was clear that Sparky received plenty of attention, care, and affection while she was with Sarah. In fact, by the end of the stay, we were joking that Sparky might not want to come home because she was getting so much love and attention! She looked happy, comfortable, and completely spoiled in the best possible way. We couldn't have asked for a better first Rover experience and would absolutely book with Sarah again.
