About: Although my full time occupation no longer involves animals, it does have a common theme of helping those in need. By day I am a Operations Manager for a company that provides therapy for children on the spectrum. By evening, I hope to be involved in your family's pets life. Plenty of time to care for your pet! I make sure to follow the guidelines set by the client to ensure their beloved pet has an enjoyable time. “Ashley took care of our dog Bailey for a week while we were at a rental house nearby in coastal Maine. She works from home, so our pet was rarely left alone. He was kept inside and got lots of attention, he was not left outside in a fenced enclosure all day alone. She took great care of Bailey with multiple daily walks and lots of TLC. Like many dogs ours does not like thunder and she comforted him during the storm. There were lots of updates and photos. A Rover sitter may be more expensive than a local Kennel, or boarding at the Vets office - but the service is far superior and worth the cost. Other family members boarded their dogs this same week and their animals were caged most of the time and came back dirty and matted. Using Rover (and especially Ashley) is the right choice for any pet that is considered a member of the family.”

“This was second time Bessa stayed with Sheila and was just as great as the first time. Big fenced in yard and her dog Dakota is so sweet. She has work experience on running and managing large and smaller doggie daycare facilities that includes but is not limited to boarding, sitting, walking, and daily socializing and care for all types of dogs! She is educated and has work experience in how best to manage and train dogs for the acceptable social behavior results desired by most if not all dog owners. She has actively rehabilitated and successfully trained multiple dogs, some with challenging personalities. Sarah also has experience on how to breed a dog ensuring both a successful result and safe experience for both the male and female dog involved. The necessities for a successful puppy birth experience and puppy/mother care experience afterwards are understood by her. I have witnessed all of this. I have seen Sarah in action when not only caring for her dogs, but also for other owner’s dogs. Her compassion for these animals and her ability to identify and manage any situation encountered is impressive. The love that she has for these, and all animals is unconditional, just like they love her back. She is loving, dependable, reliable, and trustworthy to any animal she cares for.
