“Marysol was our Christmas miracle!! We just adopted a dog a little more than a month ago, and we needed to find a place to board her for Christmas Eve and Christmas very, very last minute. We contacted a dozen folks on Rover who had confirmed availabilities at that time, but Marysol was the only person who was actually available. From the beginning, it was clear that she's really responsible - she was responsive and read our dog's profile right away to make sure she'd be a good fit. This was our first time boarding our dog, Ruck, and she has separation anxiety. As first-time dog owners with a new rescue, we were nervous about boarding her! We were so comforted when we met Marysol. She's an experienced and loving dog owner, and it was so obvious that she'd be able to handle any issues that came up and that she'd be able to make Ruck feel loved and happy. She sent us a ton of updates, and we got to see some truly heart-melting pictures of Ruck in her family Christmas photos and snuggling with Marysol's teenagers. Ruck thrived under Marysol's care - no accidents (she's housetrained but we were concerned she might get confused in a new environment), lots of cuddles and walks, and she learned to play with toys! We live a four hour drive away, and Marysol generously loaded us up with puppy pads for Ruck's motion sickness, and a gallon of water in case she got thirsty. If we didn't live so far away, we would be repeat customers in a snap. Marysol has set an incredibly high bar for dog care and our next boarding experience, and we could not be more grateful.”
