“Vanessa and her family were very professional and caring. I was very apprehensive at first because it was my first time taking my pup to a sitter from Rover. On top of everything, my dog is also an XL, 2 years old mastiff. Vanessa was able to provide me some peace of mind by texting me with videos, pictures, and updates throughout my dog's stay. The house was very inviting and well presented. The yard has a tall fence allowing the dogs to enjoy outside without any risks of getting out. Storm, the family dog, is very sweet and lovely. She got along with my dog very well. When I picked my dog up, he clearly had a great time because he didn't show any signs of depression or anxiety. He was happy, which in turn made me happy. “Karina was amazing from beginning to end. I felt a little skeptical about leaving my fur child with anyone unfamiliar. From texts before the drop off, Karina made me feel comfortable. I received texts, pics and videos of my dog continuously throughout the day to see my dog, adjusting to a new person and environment. I could see my bully taking to Karina very easily which gave me peace of mind while away. Karina was very attentive to my fur baby and making sure that she was her priority while under her care. When I picked up my dog the first thing I asked after expressing my appreciation was, if I ever have to leave my dog with anyone again, can I look you up on Rover and she said yes!
