“So happy! This was my first Rover experience, so I was nervous since Reggie is a shy boy. Natalie made my first experience amazing as ever! When I picked up Reggie, he was the happiest dog ever & really came out of his shell! I’ve never seen him come back home so happy. When I previously boarded him at doggy day cares, he always came back looking so scared with his tail down, but when I picked him up from Natalie, he was as happy as ever, and even said his goodbyes to Natalie with a smile on his face. I’m definitely going to be back! I feel like working with Natalie will make Reggie more social and open to new people/dogs.”
