“My experience with Michelle at K9 Castle was amazing. My little gal Edi is just a pup (4 months old) I had scheduled a getaway to meet a friend coming in from Sweden before Edi a part of the family so as you can imagine getting a new pup and having her for only 2 months before you take off for a week was really kind of scary. I looked first at top rated boarding places and although some of them had good reviews, I just didn't feel comfortable leaving my little gal in a situation like that for so long and that's when I came upon this site and found Michelle's profile. It seemed to flooded with nothing but wonderful reviews and I liked the fact she was willing to stick to your dogs training and schedule to the best of her ability. She had just moved out to Marine on St. Croix (I live right outside Minneapolis) so it was about an hour drive to get out to her, but I felt it would be worth the peace of mind and I was not wrong. Dropping off my little girl was easy as can be and after meeting Michelle for a short time I knew she was a super cool lady. She was down to earth, very warm and genuinely loved dogs. Her new place is under construction but was already set up good for the pups. While we were gone she sent lots of updates with pictures and videos and when we got back our gal was happy like we never left. I know she had a great time. I don't see any reason I'd ever use anyone else, I was so happy with this experience.”

Julie would come and get Miles and bring him to her house; she let him play in the yard with her Saint Bernard, Sadie, to get his energy out (so cute- they loved each other). Julie and her daughter would snuggle with Miles at naptime. I don't know how I could have cared for Miles as a puppy without her support. Julie and Miles are bonded for life! He gets so excited every time he sees her, no matter how much time has passed in between visits. She is definitely his second "dog mom." She still is my first ask to take care of Miles if he can't be with us. She loves all animals, especially dogs. I would recommend Julie to watch any of my pets!”

She allowed him to pick his sleeping spot and monitored his eating. She sent pictures and a summary of the day every day! I could tell he was not only well taken care of but included in all the family activities as well. We are more than satisfied with the care he received!”
