We had to find a place for our pup last minute for a family emergency, and I was panicked as my dog has a very unique personality and I felt needed someone willing to listen to how he communicates. Chris not only agreed to take my pup, he was so kind and compassionate about our situation, the needs of my dog, and working with him so that my partner and I could focus on what was happening in our lives while knowing our dog was in completely capable and caring hands. Chris is not only knowledgeable about how to care for dogs, he is extremely knowledgeable at working with dogs and their specific behaviors. He went above and beyond to not only care for our dog, he worked with him on training, assisted us with tricks we can implement into our routine when we get back, and genuinely treated our dog like he was his own. He cares about his own dogs like they are his kids, and he treated our dog like he was his own! He sent us so many videos and updates, was beyond understanding with all aspects of our last minute situation and I genuinely could not have asked for a better sitter. We were SO BLESSED to find Chris and our boy had such a wonderful time, we didn’t think he’d want to come home! 😂 If you are looking for a sitter and want to know your dog will be genuinely loved and cared for while you are away, look no further than Chris. He is a dog person and you can tell from the second you meet him! About: I’ve taken care of several types of dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds. I always know the owner knows best. I like to make sure to care for the pet the same way you guys would. I want them to feel safe and secure around someone new. I know how to read body language and observe any safety issues. I can come to a home every 4 to 8 hours. If that is too long for your pet, I can facilitate another rover at no additional charge. I always make sure I understand the food plan and the medication plan first. This is the most important part of any care. Once those two are handled, I like to discuss walk frequency and paths, play time preferences, and treat options.

She completely understood the needs of a senior pup and also worked wonders with my other timid/shy rescue pup. Elaina made us feel very comfortable by inviting us to come and meet her beforehand and see where Remy would be staying. This really set us at ease. “Yongyi looked after my mothers dog Gracie and I could not be more happy with her care. My mother has never been separated from her dog since her adoption and so there was nervousness of leaving Gracie. Yongyi put my mom at ease and gave us wonderful updates while on our trip everyday! Gracie was even able to sleep in bed and also lounge on the sofa which made her feel a bit at home and more comfortable. We could not be more happy with Yongyi looking after Gracie and will definitely be using her in the future! Highly recommend!!!”
