“Sophia was a Christmas blessing! This was the perfect stay for our very energetic young dog, Noah. They were very welcoming and it was like Noah became part of their family for Christmas. It was a comfort to know that she was conscious and responsive to Noah’s wellbeing and quirks. He got along great with the two household dogs and loved being with her kids. Although he did not get along with the rabbits, Sophia was accommodating by keeping the rabbits in a separate room. We also really enjoyed the frequent pictures and video updates. Because we were traveling and not certain of our arrival Sophia was able to stay flexible and work with us on our drop off/pick up. We would definitely recommend her and her family.”

I could tell she had lots of active play time because it takes a lot to wear her out, and she was really tired when we got home. I appreciate David's flexibility with drop off and pick up times, the special attention he gave our puppy, and the pictures that he shared throughout the day. David's location is an easy drive, a few miles off the highway, and the perfect setting for dogs to play and explore. I'm a worrier by nature, but I felt very comfortable leaving my sweet pup with David. We hope to take our puppy to David's house again the next time we leave town!”

About: I’ve grown up around several different types of animals including dogs (big or small), cats, Guinea pigs, hamsters, and rabbits. I’ve loved animals my whole life and that’s why I’m making a career out of it. All animals deserve love! I have a gentle approach and like to keep active dogs active, and older dogs accommodated. I will also care for cats and small animals. I have cared for several dogs and many other animals such as birds and cats. I am happy to run well-mannered dogs at the dog park or walk your pet on leash. Whichever you prefer. I am a stay-at-home student and will be able to be with your pet the majority of the day. I am happy to take well-mannered dogs to the dog park for runs. I also enjoy leash walking during the day. My main focus tends to be your pets basic needs. Food, water, potty, exercise, attention. I am affectionate and playful if a dog will receive that from me. I also read body language well, and will leave a timid dog to acclimate and approach me. I’m happy to take pets for a walk or for a run at the dog park if they are dog-social.
