My family and I were away for 6 days, and unfortunately, KoKo started exhibiting signs of illness on day 2 into day 3! Kelly alerted me immediately but had already made calls and received pet Med advice and comforted me as well as informed me of diagnosis! She never pressured me to return and even prepared special meals for my KoKo to ease his discomfort!!!! Turns out that he had a horrible case of separation anxiety that was literally making him sick. But Kelly and her family acted quickly and within 36 hours, helped KoKo settle and return to his normal playful healthy state! I told Kelly and I will tell the world… she’s not just a sitter… she’s a BLESSING for people that love their fur babies and want the best home away from home for them! “We love Colleen! You can tell she and her family genuinely love animals and see pets as part of family. She sends daily updates and photos without even asking which is such a comfort when you are away and miss your fur babies. I can see from the photos that my dog has great fun staying with them, she is allowed to snuggle with them on the couch when they watch TV which is something we do at home as well, I believe that is also a comfort to the dog. Their family dog Jax is such a sweet dog, he gets along with my dog perfectly! My dog always come home happy:) I highly recommend trusting Colleen with your pets!”

“Amy took such good care of my sweet baby, Stella. She sent me lots of pictures and I could tell Stella was being spoiled and getting lots of attention! Stella even got to go on a hike! She kept me updated every day which really made me feel more comfortable about someone new watching my baby. I was honestly worried Stella wasn’t going to want to come home she seemed to be having such a good time! It really gave me peace of mind that she was safe and happy. Amy was also great about putting up with my craziness over leaving Stella for a week and let me ask all the questions I wanted too and read my probably overly detailed care instructions. “Seth was awesome for my two dogs! They slept the rest of the day after we got home and probably thought they were on a vacation too. From the moment I considered booking with him, he answered all my questions and heard my concerns. When I came to drop them off (and pick up) he helped get their stuff to and from the car. Once my dogs were dropped off I got photo updates throughout the day of them, which eased my mind being able to see how happy they were. We appreciate Seth and definitely plan to use him again!”
