“This was my first time using the app and I was a little apprehensive after some bad experiences on other sites. In a pinch, I found Gina, readily available on a holiday wknd. I had many questions given my prior experiences and she was super understanding, responsive and very familiar with high-energy, large puppies. As soon as I dropped my baby, he fell right into place! I was updated at least once a day with a lovely photo of his well-being. I could tell his was in great hands. Not only was he happy but so active that Gina volunteered to bath him before pick up. I was away for the wknd during the inclement weather and my travel plans changed and Gina was super accommodating. Nash had such a good time, I didn’t think he wanted to come home! They even taught him a few tricks. He was so pooped when we got home he fell asleep for hours!!! That’s how we like it.
