“Jessica was simply amazing. We’ve never left our girls for any amount of time before and they were there for a week. Jessica was super patient and understanding with our one dog who needed some extra time to get comfortable around other dogs and cats. We were sent daily pictures and updates and videos throughout the week. Initially we were nervous being away from them for so long but we knew they were in good hands. The updates reassured us that they were having an amazing time and enjoyed their vacation at Jessica’s house. “We can't recommend Shelby highly enough. She was flexible and accommodating in setting up both the drop-off/pick-up as well as the meet and greet. She handled our two dogs masterfully, including our slightly grouchy old man and the rambunctious pup, and made sure that they integrated well into the rest of her pack. We got pictures and videos multiple times a day and it was clear how much fun they were having. Shelby even went above and beyond to give our pup a bath after she got herself muddy. We will definitely use Shelby again moving forward.”
