It was their first time boarding a pet so they were nervous and didn’t quite understand the rules of drop-off & pick-up, etc. ( although I explained to them in detail) Natalie was understanding and responsive. She was kind and communicative, often sending several pictures and updates on their dog. Thank you, Natalie, for taking care of Schatzi and extending an extra day when we needed it. “WE WERE VERY PLEASED OVERALL WITH THE CARE DOLLY RECEIVED WHILE WITH ROSE. SHE KEPT US INFORMED WITH TEXTING AND SENDING PICTURES OFTEN WHICH WAS QUITE COMFORTING AS THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE LEFT DOLLY OVERNIGHT. I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT THE SIZE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DOLLY AND OLLIE BECAUSE DOLLY WILL OFTEN RUN WITH BIGGER DOGS BUT SHE SOMETIMES DOES NOT KNOW WHEN TO REST. I CERTAINLY WOULD USE ROSE AGAIN AND NO OFFENSE TO ROSE BUT I THINK WE MAY TRY ANOTHER SITTER WITH A SMALLER DOG THE NEXT TIME.”
