“My dog Carly has the best time with Janice and her family. Janice is a fabulous pet sitter. She is loving and attentive. Carly was welcomed as part of the family and treated very well. Janice was kind enough to welcome us for a meet and greet, to see if Carly and her dogs got along. Everyone liked each other, many wagging tails. The family dogs are very sweet and like other dogs. One is a little shy and one really likes to play. Carly got along with both and they all became great friends. I most often would leave Carly with family but after losing my father in October, needed to find someone who could watch Carly when we went on a trip that was almost three weeks long. We have been thrilled we found Janice and her loving family. I stopped at a kennel where the dogs are mostly kept in cages and knew that would be a terrible experience for our rescued dog. I didn’t want her to think she’d been abandoned again. I wanted her to be able to sit on the sofa and watch tv with people, have the kind of daily life she is used to and Janice gave her great attention. Carly had daily life she was used to, fenced yard to sit in the sun, sofa time, with the added fun of two new dog friends. The three dogs would play together and share beds and swap beds and run around together. Janice’s daughter and grandson also were very kind to Carly and very good with her. Snuggling her and giving her attention. They’ve grown up with small dogs and love animals. Carly has a wonderful time with Janice. I am thrilled we found Janice and her family. Janice was great. Very attentive to what Carly’s routine was at home and how she could recreate that routine in the family’s routine. I know Carly is loved like one of their family and I trust Janice immensely. I had been very anxious about options for Carly when we traveled, after we lost Papa, and am completely pleased with Janice. We look forward to Carly staying with Janice in the future. We know Carly will be in great hands and loved as one of the family. There was great communication every step of the way. Photos while we are out of town. She does a great job providing progress reports. I often travel for work a week at a time, monthly, and have no worries about leaving Jackson with Dannah. I know he will always be well cared for as he has for the last 18 months.”
