“Cheby was incredible! Many Rover hosts didn’t want to take care of Oreo as they said he was too big (40 lbs at 6 months) but Cheby was fine with him despite having two tiny dogs. Since the moment I dropped off Oreo, she displayed full confidence and knowledge in how to get him acclimated and Cheby certainly showed she has deep experience in taking care of dogs. Cheby sent out daily updates in the forms of very creative pictures and videos with captions and music that the entire family were thrilled to view, even when we were all at Disneyland! Cheby is definitely my preferred sitter if we ever make a Southern CA trip again!”

She was understanding that Ender still needed some meds and TLC after his neuter surgery and was comfortably able to accommodate his needs. April responded very promptly to all communication, sent updates and photos during his stay, and when I got him home, he slept for a long time, sign of a well played out puppy.”

“We could not have been more pleased with the care Annette provided to our Ozzie! He is 8 years old, has Cushings Disease, diabetes and a heart murmur. He is on insulin and other medications and she administered all of them accurately. She has had experience with a diabetic dog before and knew exactly how to care for him. She is very professional, caring and thorough. I gave her a typed list of instructions and she read it thoroughly. She even texted me to say that on page 1 it said one thing and on page 2 it said another. I texted her back and thanked her for finding the error and I corrected it. She has her own dog and they became good friends, playing together. Her mother and children were able to assist her. While we were gone, she texted me that he was shaking his head and favoring his right ear. She noticed blood in it and she cleaned it up. She even went so far as to order some ear cleaning agents from Amazon and used them on him. But, she suggested that we take him to our vet for professional treatment. We did that and now he is doing much better. Annette really went above and beyond in her care of Ozzie and we can't compliment her enough. We have truly found our "forever" sitter!”
