“Our dog had a fabulous stay with Mahayla! Since it was our first time, Mahayla offered to come to our home to get to know our pup before caring for her the next day. They hit it off immediately and Mahayla explained her background in animal/dog behavior studies and reassured us that all would go well... and it did! Our pup had a blast trail hiking and also just relaxing at Mahayla's home. Mahayla clearly understands and loves dogs, and it was clear that she was focused on our dog's enjoyment, comfort level and care. She was also focused on our needs as the owners. Leading up to care day she was extremely responsive. On care day she sent photos and updates. A perfect stay...thanks, Mahayla!”

“So glad we found Brooke!!! We had deferred family vacations out of driving distance for the past two years because we no longer had family nearby who could watch our pups. That has all changed now. Rover.com was recommended by a friend and truthfully I was a bit hesitant until I met Brooke. She responded so quickly to my messages when I was exploring sitters and as soon as the pups met her I knew this would be a great match. She treated our girls like family, letting them nap on the furniture (just like at home), taking them for walks and playing fetch. She sent us pictures each day of the dogs and it made us feel so much more at ease seeing they were being loved on. About: We have a combination of 20 years of lovingly caring for dogs of different personalities. We have a friendly and playful whoodle who will be happy to have a buddy for playing in the yard and who also doesn’t mind giving other dogs space if they are less playful. We also have 3 kids who love all dogs and happy to give some extra love. We are able to have a flexible work schedule and work from home. Feeding schedule can accommodate your dogs typical routine and any medications as needed. Just let us know what you need and we can likely accommodate. I have a fenced yard and will consider any extra safety needs that your dog needs. Able to provide 2 walks a day, plenty of time outside and down time as needed.

“Rufus had a great time with Heather and her family. I think he played hard with her dogs and was pretty tired when we picked him up. (She has a nice, large, and fenced backyard.) I love a tired dog! Rufus was also comfortable enough to snuggle with Heather and her dogs. Im glad that he could be relaxed enough to snuggle. Heather was quick to respond to messages and patient when our drop off time kept getting pushed back. We are living temporarily in VT or she would be a regular for Rufus to stay with. “Our two dachshunds stayed with Kim over one night. They had a good experience also enjoying in particular Kim's dachshund. Kim updated us every few hours with text and photos. Since she is also a dog trainer she had a professional approach, and gave our dogs time and space to get used to their new environment. Picking our dogs up the next day up they were easygoing and relaxed. When we return to the Berkshires we would board our dogs with Kim again and recommend her highly. Thank you, Kim!”
