It takes Tivali (our cat) a long time to warm up to people and she hides when she first meets someone, but Lauren was very patient with her and provided her with a comfortable place to hide. Other than missing us, Tivali was safe and comfortable, and we were relieved to know that she was in good hands. Lauren also responded fast even though it was short notice, and she kept us updated with pictures to keep us at ease. The entire experience was a great one, and we are very grateful.
