“This was our first time using Rover....but not our first time having to board our two, zvery-pampered Shih-Tzus. The place we took them in the past didn't end so well, with them becoming sick and one of them even injured! How is that even possible when they are crated individually all day? So when I found Kella on Rover and read through her standard "offerings", I basically felt like I hit the jackpot! How do you ask someone to watch your dog....oh wait, there's two; oh, and they need to be able to sit on your couch, oh and sleep in your bed with you! and, they've never been crate-trained; shoot, one of them doesn't even know he's a dog, really-----see where I'm going with this? It's a HUGE ask! And last minute, over a busy holiday to boot. ??‍♀️?? And yet, there was Kella---the dog whisperer. Welcoming and warm from the first moment they met to my two babies. We had NO worries leaving them. Based on Kella's number of repeat clients and the standard off date mentioned in her glowing reviews, it was more like: "How soon can we drop them off." And: "where do I sign?" There's no doubt this isn't a side gig for Kella and her home and family. They are all in this together. Everyone pitched in to dj their part. And it's the dogs that benefit!
