“Erik and Lilly were the perfect match for Franklin. Erik was very courteous, thoughtful, and caring. He FaceTimed me before accepting my request to book to get to know Franklin’s needs and show me the space that they would be spending time together. At arrival, he invited me in to see his home and spacious backyard in person. During the stay, Erik sent pictures and videos to help put me at ease while I was out of town. At the end, he even made a montage video of the time Franklin spent there. This is the BEST rover experience I’ve ever had. It really is clear to me that Erik puts the needs of our animals first and genuinely cares about their comfort during the stay. I will be rebooking with Erik for any future needs. “Morgan and Matt were soooo good with our puppy! This was our little girls first time away from home with a dog sitter, so she was nervous and wary at first. How's she supposed to know we'll be back for her in a week? Morgan and Matt both are truely dog people. They rocked it with warming our little girl up and making her feel at home. Our puppy, once comfortable, has a big personality and needs some boundaries set, which they clearly did a great job of too. So often we have to re-train our dogs after a week away, but if anything our puppy's manners improved! They also went above and beyond with getting her exercise, some safe socializing, and making sure she had a vacation just like we did!”
