Every day we were sent photos and text messages, giving us an update on how he was doing. He even got to sleep in bed with them, which is what he’s accustomed to doing at home. They were thoughtful and conscientious about our dog’s needs and integrating her into their family, which was wonderful. Jeremy does a great job and spends lots of time with the dogs—he treated ours like his own. We will absolutely ask them to care for our dog again next time!”

“Sarah and Jessica watched Patrick for over 24 hours. When I got there (our first time) Sarah graciously showed Patrick and I the inside living area where Patrick would mostly be, and spent some time in their beautiful fenced backyard which was a dog paradise with trees, bushes surrounding a lush green grass yard. We talked at length about Paddy’s personality and eating and sleep routines. We also chatted about the park literally next door to their house where Paddy would later go on a couple of walks (Sarah sent pictures!). When I left him, he was happy and content and not nervous at all! The next day when we picked him up, he was happy to see us of course but still relaxed and content….I can tell he really enjoyed his stay. We will definitely use Sarah and Jessica again, and in fact, we’re booking them again for an upcoming vacation of several days. (It will be a fun vacation for Patrick too!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jessica & Sarah for dog sitting! !”

“Tracy was the best Rover we have ever used. Our two dogs really enjoyed their stay and got along well with her pups. There was an extreme cold spell during their stay in December and Tracy made sure they stayed safe and warm. We had originally planned to pick up our dogs on Xmas day when our flight got into Spokane ( she's only 15min from the airport btw) BUT Southwest Airlines had a major issue with their company and canceled our (and about 3000 others) flight from Austin, TX. So we rented a car and drove to Spokane. Tracy was very understanding of our situation and accommodated our pups til we could get to them. This went above and beyond in our book and we would give Tracy 10 stars if we could. Big thanks to her whole family for making our two girls feel at home!!”

“My dog had a great time with Taylor and her family. Taylor sent regular updates to let me know how Nova was doing. I will definitely be using her service again. Having other dogs for Nova to interact with made the stay alot easier. There is already an established pack and it made Nova take a less in charge attitude.”
