“Lorie was so great with Baxter. She offered to meet with me and him before the stay to make sure we were comfortable, and to meet her dogs. She was very accommodating with any and all requests. During Baxter’s stay, Lorie kept me updated with pictures of him and his activities. When I picked Baxter up after his stay, he was happy, healthy and clean; I could tell immediately that he was well cared for. Additionally, this was during a stretch of days that were somewhat hot and Baxter, as a short snout dog, has issues with the heat and Lorie understood immediately what I was talking about and assured me that the heat wouldn’t be an issue and he wouldn’t be out in the heat too long. Most of all, Lorie gave me peace of mind that our pup was in safe, caring hands, which for me is priceless.”

“This was our first time using Rover and I have to say it was very pleasant. Sheila was great Even when I was having difficulty booking she was easy to reach with answers. We really appreciate the fact that we met outside which allowed both our dogs to meet and greet on neutral grounds. Sending us a picture showing that Mila had found a comfortable spot and settled in was great. We are happy to have found someone close to our home, who will make it easier when we have those last minute plans and won’t have so scramble to find good care for Mila when are away. “Jennifer watched my dog for 4 days while I was out of then. We did a meet and greet ahead of time to make sure all dogs got along, which they did! They also have separate areas for dogs that would prefer not to overly socialize. My dog had a wonderful time playing, swimming and taking walks with Jennifer and crew. Jennifer was great at communicating daily and sent lots of pictures and videos. It was clear that nacho was having the best time. I definitely recommend Jennifer and will absolutely book again.”

“Kyle was great for our young blue heeler Shadow! Our dog needs time to warm up to new people, and Kyle was very comfortable with that process. Upon first meeting, Shadow growled at him and snapped at the air a bit but Kyle was not bothered and knew to ignore Shadow at first. After some time, Shadow was asking him for belly rubs. Before leaving Shadow with Kyle we arranged two visits between him and the dog to make sure they were friends. Kyle was very accommodating and happy to take that extra time out of his day. I really appreciated his willingness to do that. During their time together, Kyle sent photos and updates every day. Right away from the photos we could see that our pup was relaxed and settling into spending time with his new human friend in the house and on walks. Shadow even got to sleep in bed and sit on couches (like he does at home...) Knowing everything was OK for both of them really helped us enjoy our trip. Big thanks to Kyle!”
