It was my first time leaving my pup, Frankie, for an extended period of time (and using Rover). After searching high and low through Rover, I thankfully came across Jaclynn. She was AMAZING my entire trip and relieved every bit of anxiety I had. I received so many pictures and updates on how Frankie was doing. I first booked them for a whole week but decided- last minute -to book them for a night to get our dog use to their place and they accommodated us right away. The meet and great was great, they showed us their place and our dog loved their backyard, it has plenty of space for his favorite game: fetch 🎾 They are friendly and profesional. “We were delighted with the care Dana provided for our toy poodle/cocker spaniel mix when we traveled this month. Dana handled administering oral medication and gave our Daisy lots of attention (and kept us up to date on her regularly while we were away including lots of great photos).
