“We decided to give Rover a try for the first time after having a bunch of negative experiences boarding in San Francisco. Rajni was absolutely amazing in every way. She took such great care of my dog and also made sure to ask multiple questions to make sure that she kept his schedule as close to normal as possible. She took him in so many wonderful walks and also captured incredible pictures to send to me daily. Even on the days that I was busy and wasn’t able to ask many questions about my dog, she still texted me and gave me updates, which I appreciated so much. He took great care of our dogs (including administering medication) and the pups were happy and healthy when we picked them up. In the craziness of packing, I forgot to pack her food and water bowl and even then Exequiel did not raise any alarm but rather managed through it seamlessly. “Helen and Eevee are the best!!! She watches our dog Rux regularly, and when she is with them we can rest easy. Helen always goes above and beyond, you can tell she really cares. She has great communication and does so well with Rux’s specific needs. In my mind, she is a photographer who always sends the best videos/pictures of Rux. She always makes sure Rux and Eevee get time out to exercise and play. Every visit to Helen’s is a vacation for Rux. 1000/10 would recommend.”
