“We were a bit nervous about leaving Harley all day. Jaclyn eased all that first time puppy parent worry. She went above and beyond during her visits. She worked on walking up and down the stairs with Harley, as well as played with her paws and ears to help desensitize her a bit. At the end of her visits we got a nice detailed report as well as very cute pictures.”

“Ella was fantastic!! Loved getting to see a pic of our girls every day, quick to respond, and she was always on time ❤️ would have her watch our girls again in a heartbeat!”

“Thank you, Autumn, for taking wonderful care of Ashley, our tabby. We so appreciate your attentiveness to her and your willingness to pick up the mail and water plants. Ashley is super relaxed and happy and our plants thriving in spite of the heat. Looking forward to asking you to watch her in the future!”

“Drop-in visits, first experience with Tim, he provided multiple pics of kitties, great communication throughout. I could tell kitties were quite comfortable with him. Recommend and will use again.”

“Paige was amazing with my dog! Arrived on time and went above and beyond giving her fresh water and making sure she was loved! Would 100% recommend to anyone needing care for their pets!”

“Very responsive and sent me a picture. Great walker! Zoë was great when I came back despite the long day in the crate for her and only one walk. He didn’t mind that she had a broken toe and cone of shame.”

About: A lifelong dog lover with over nine years of personal experience raising my own pup and five years of dedicated dog‑sitting for friends and families. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs, always making sure they feel safe, loved, and understood. I’m currently available throughout the entire week, including weekends, and can accommodate a wide range of schedules. Early‑morning drop‑offs work perfectly for me, and I’m happy to provide flexible timing to make your routine as smooth and stress‑free as possible. I have a huge fenced in yard and have easy access to private trails by the home and the have no other pets at home.

“Amanda and Joe did an amazing job taking care of our kitties. I got pictures every day they visited and updates on how each cat was doing while they were there. They even got our super shy cat to come out of her shell a bit after a couple visits. I will definitely be using them again!”

“Kristin responded right away & helped us when we reached out last minute for pet care. Not only did she accept the request within 24 hours; she also made herself available that very evening for an introduction visit. She is very thorough and asks questions that instill confidence.”

“Sabrina is a gem. Rocky immediately loved her. She's incredibly sweet and knowledgeable about animals. Clear communication, she asked the right questions during the meet and greet, and we felt completely comfortable with her watching our boy. We will definitely look to her for any future dog sitting needs. 💯 Recommend.”

“Natalie did everything that was asked of her and went over and above to take extra care of our very shy and fearful of strangers cat. I would highly recommend Natalie for any pet care services for anyone who may be interested in that.”

About: I have taken care of dogs since high school. I graduated college in 2023 with a degree in Health Sciences. I am currently working as an aide at a physical therapy clinic, and looking to make extra money. I love pet sitting and caring for animals is one of my strong suits. I am always willing to accommodate you and your dogs needs and I will always care for them like they are my own! I am currently working part-time so I will have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! I am a home body, so I am always at home and also have my mom and grandmom in the home to help if need be. In a clients home, I will leave it completely up to you, how I walk, feed, crate, etc. your dog. But I will always care for your dog as if they were my own! For pet sitting at my home, I do not have a fenced in yard but I usually walk the dogs on leashes around my yard or take them to the park by my house to walk them. I can crate them anywhere in the home if needed. I also have plenty of dog toys/crates/ dog accessories from my own dog.

My home is more suited for fur babies then humans!

I pride myself on being calm, attentive, reliable, and adapt - making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and cared for like my own. As I have three years of dog sitting while families are out of town, I also take extreme pride as I have fostered two amazing dogs, raising and training them until they got adopting and now rescuing and adopting a puppy of my own! My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to provide reliable pet care throughout the week. I make time every day for walks, check-ins, and plenty of playtime — so your pets get consistent care and loving no matter what day it is! Even sometimes, if allowed, I will bring my pup around as well so that they can get the extra play, socialization, and affection that every dog needs! I only offer dog walking/ drop in visits. During walks and drop-in visits, I focus on safety, exercise, and engagement. I stick to each pet’s usual route and pace, keeping them active while making sure they’re comfortable and happy by giving them the attention and affection that is needed. For drop-ins, I handle feeding, playtime, and cleanup — and always leave detailed updates and photos so you know how your pup is doing good!
About: I have many years of experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and needs, including dogs, cats. About: I have 3 dogs of my own who are treated like royalty. I watch my neighbors pets, dogs, cats, bearded dragon, when they are out of town. I volunteer with a dog rescue when I can, Rylie’s Rescue, transporting, and foster care. I absolutely love all animals! I work part time, 3 days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 11-6pm. All other days I’m completely available. I could always stop in before and after work. I prefer to watch in your home, I have 3 dogs, our Toy Australian Shepherd, has had to have surgery on 3 legs, so I rather keep him calm and not bring too much excitement to our home.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Schwenksville
This was my first time using a pet sitting service, and I was rather nervous. Dustin came out to meet me and my fuzzies ahead, and he immediately put me at ease. My kiddos wake rather early. He dropped in every morning to give my mother a chance to sleep in, and we couldn't be happier. He made sure Riley was fed, watered, relieved, played with and left comfortably safe. I would absolutely use him again, and I have already recommended him to friends.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
