I was that kid who smuggled a dog or two into the house behind my mom’s back and honestly, not much has changed! I grew up in a home full of pets, and when I got married, I got my first dog of my own: a chocolate lab named Duke. He was my best friend and sidekick for 12 amazing years. He recently crossed over the rainbow bridge, and losing him left a big hole in my heart. Caring for other people’s pets helps fill that space. I loved our daily walks, our cuddles, and just doing life with him and I want to bring that same kind of love and attention to your pets. These days, I still have a full house! I have an English bulldog as well as a lab–Catahoula mix puppy who’s keeping me in my “puppy era” all over again. She definitely keeps me on my toes, so I’m no stranger to high energy or puppy chaos. Her name is Zso’fi (pronounced like Sophie). She is a rescue pup! We take her to doggie parks often! She loves to play and gets along well with other dogs and loves people! In my house, our pets are treated like family! We spend a lot of time out doors if the weather permits. I also do some puppy training. Your pup will be allowed to roam my house freely and will be supervised! I am looking forward to taking care of your dog and giving my baby girl a playmate! I am a retired teacher who stays busy, so my availability will vary. I do my best to keep their regular routine going. Please be sure to share preferences with me. I have two kennels that I use only if needed. We have plenty toys to occupy your pup’s time. We have a doggie door and spend time outside playing in our fenced yard. Your pup will have lots of fun here. Unfortunately, big dogs stress my pup and sometimes hurts her when playing. Therefore, if your dog weighs more than 25 lbs, there is an extra charge. About: I am a HUGE animal lover. Ever since I was a little girl I have always had dogs. I currently have 2 cats. I worked at Global Wildlife for 11 years So I have exotic animal experience as well. I have kept many animals overnight at my house as well as house sitted/pup sitted for clients before. I have a special place in my heart for all animals. I can assure you that your baby will be well taken care of. I have cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, chinchillas, goats, donkeys, horses, and a Macaw.
