“I have been using Richard for years because he is wonderful with my dog. He is always the first person I request service from because you cannot find a better person to take care of your furry friend.”

“Monica and her family exceeded our expectations in taking care of our babies. From the get go Monica was very professional and diligent in understanding our dogs needs, schedules, etc. She sent us daily updates and photos, which were so nice to see as this was our first time using Rover. They always seemed to come at a great time when we thought “I hope they’re doing okay and we miss them” Overall our experience was a 10/10, our dogs had an amazing time, and we will absolutely use Monica again!”

“Nelia and Brett were wonderful. They cared for Bronson as if he were a part of their household and were very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend their service.”

“Great peace of mind leaving my two dogs with Samantha when a family emergency mandated I leave town suddenly. She was quick to respond and and very flexible with pick-up days/times, which I really appreciated. When I picked my pups up, they were happy and calm from all the playtime they got in Samantha's large, shady backyard. Will definitely book again with Samantha in the future!”

“This was our puppy's first night away from home and I can't say enough about how reassuring it was to have him at Emily and Patrick's. He loved having another dog to play with. They had mountains of toys to entertain him as well. We got pictures and videos. And, more importantly, they kept him content despite his separation distress. We'll definitely come back to them when we need a dogsitter!”

“Mike is one of the most genuine dog sitters I’ve ever trusted my dog with. My dog enjoys the outdoors so I’m glad he took her to the park, on walks, and on an adventure hike. I would absolutely recommend him!”

“I always forget to post a review. Sorry about that Amy! Amy has been Kida's sitter for quite some time now and she does an awesome job! Kida simply adores her and her son. Even though I've moved further away I still prefer to take my pup to Amy :).”

“Victoria was wonderful! She had other pups that my dog loved to play with and I felt she was safe, loved and came home worn out! I got plenty of updates and would definitely recommend booking with Victoria to care for your dog!”

“Theresa provided lots of pictures and videos of Luna during our vacation and they all went on multiple walks a day. Luna returned very happy and I would recommend Theresa to others.”

“Kelly helped us out last minute after a cancellation from another sitter and I’m SO glad we found her! I could tell by her updates, with pictures included, that her and her family were loving my pup like their own. He came home with a stylish new bandana and is a happy boy. I would recommend Kelly to everyone and we would definitely use her again!”

“Kim was so accommodating with me. Willow was going to arrive around 2pm, then 4pm and then after 5pm as our drive and lunch stop took longer than expected. Willow is not used to other dogs since she is an only dog at home and can get quite stressed but she was great when I picked her up and Kim and her husband updated me with pictures with her on their laps and outside. She was always very prompt to respond. Nice big back yard which Willow loves. Overall, it was a great experience - way better than a kennel.”

“Lindsey and her family took excellent care of our dog, Willow for a 1 week stay. We received daily photos and comments of how her trip was going, which made us feel in the loop while we missed our girl. Would recommend to others who need a safe, loving home for their dog.”

About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 10 years, with the majority of my hands-on experience in the last five years. I currently care for my own dog, Layla, and have also fostered, so I’m comfortable working with different temperaments, routines, and energy levels. I’ve potty trained three dogs, including my own, a foster dog, and a puppy I raised for about six months before transitioning him to my parents. That experience gave me a strong understanding of consistency, structure, and reinforcing good habits. I’ve provided both boarding and in-home pet sitting for multiple households, including homes with multiple dogs and homes with both dogs and cats. Whether pets are staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I understand how important consistency, patience, and communication are while owners are away. I’m reliable, attentive, and communicative throughout stays, and I treat every pet like my own. My dog Layla may accompany me during some house sitting stays depending on the pets and circumstances. She is friendly, social, and has done very well with other dogs during previous stays. I work full-time during weekdays, so I’m typically out of the home for about 9 hours during the day. Pets in my care should be comfortable with that schedule, and I make sure they are exercised, settled, and comfortable before I leave, with plenty of attention, walks, and interaction when I return home. On weekends, I’m much more available and hands-on, which allows for extra walks, playtime, enrichment, and cuddle time. Whether I’m boarding, doing daycare, or staying in a client’s home, I aim to maintain each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure. I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment where pets can feel comfortable and secure. I take time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, behavior, and specific needs so I can provide consistent care and maintain the environment they’re used to. I live in an apartment with multiple grassy areas nearby for walks and bathroom breaks, along with an on-site dog park for additional exercise and enrichment. I tailor activity levels to each dog’s age, energy level, and comfort. I’m experienced with dogs of different temperaments and can reinforce routines such as feeding schedules, crate training, potty habits, and calm household behavior if needed. Whether pets are staying in my home or I’m caring for them in theirs, I prioritize safety, communication, cleanliness, and creating a calm environment where pets can relax and feel at home.
“Eronda was kind and personable. She clearly LOVES dogs and took good care of our mini goldendoodle. She even made her chicken and rice to eat when our pup got too anxious to eat her kibble. She took photos and updated us on our girl. She sent our girl home freshly bathed. I’d recommend her!”

“I was nervous about leaving my 7 month old lab for a week, especially with having some stomach problems prior to leaving. Chang was great at sending daily updates with pictures. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that needs to leave their pup behind while they go away”

“Tia and her family were great! Jax had a great time. She is great with communicating and sent lots of pics/videos! Definitely recommend her to anyone in the Pittsburgh area.”
About: I have two dogs of my own who I love, I dogsit for many families in the neighborhood I live in, and some family members too. I also worked at a doggy daycare over the summer which also included staying the night to watch dogs! I am currently a substitute teacher working full time while doing grad school ! I also work at a doggy daycare a few days a week after school. My schedule is a little busy, but summer is right around the corner! I am available to come to your house to watch the dogs if needed! I am very accommodating so whatever you need me to do I'm on it. I also enjoy walking them to get them some exercise !
“Tamara was an excellent sitter for my little dog! I will definitely book her in the future! I'm not sure my dog even wanted to come home. She was comfortable there from the get go! Tamara also went above and beyond when my dog grabbed a chicken bone thrown in the grass.”

Madelyn, her husband Devin, and their dog Dobby took great care of our dog Luna (border collie). I received regular updates and photos on how and what Luna was doing. She got a lot of play time outside in the nearby dog park. I recognized how comfortable Luna was because she snuggled with Madelyn and Dobby on the couch :-) It was apparent that Luna enjoyed her time with them. I would strongly recommend Madelyn and Devin and definitely use them again.

We are so lucky to have found Shawnee as our dog sitter. We have a senior dog who prefers to be by herself and not around other pets but has endless energy. Shawnee is the ideal pet sitter for Sadie. She works from home and has as much energy as Sadie. She takes only one pet per booking. They were a perfect match. She sent photos throughout our week away. We felt completely comfortable leaving her there. I highly recommend her services!
