Steven was very helpful with our 2 dogs. One has daily pills to take also. He stayed at our home and we felt very comfortable being away for a week knowing he was taking care of everything. I am using him again next week for two business day trips we need to go on. He is flexible, responsible and great with our 2 senior dogs. I recommend using his services.

Steven was great and very professional, he sent multiple photos daily and was on top of communication the whole time we were out. This was our first time using Rover so we didn't quite know what to expect, but Steven patiently answered any questions we had and worked with us to ensure our little guy was happy while we were away.

I do not think I will use Steven again. Our dogs broke the dish which often means they are not getting fed enough or regularly. He did not interact with the dogs. Seemed he was more just a body there. Dog also chewed carpet which means they are left unsupervised for a longer period of time. Did not send pics unless prompted. There were 2 days I got zero communication until I texted him to ask how it was. I was a bit disappointed with this sitter

Steven was great with our dogs! He sent us an update every day and treated them like his own. One of our dogs deals with separation anxiety and takes a while to warm up to people. He took no time to warm up to Steven. We will be using him again in the future.
