Simon was great! My baby had so much fun with him. He replied super quickly and agreed to take care of her on short notice. He also sent pictures, which was a huge relief for me and gave me peace of mind knowing she was happy. When I went to pick her up, she didn’t even want to leave! On the second day of daycare, she jumped out of the car and didn’t even look back. I’ll definitely book with him again!
Simon was very flexible and got us booked at the last minute when we needed care for our fur baby. He even added in a bath and nail trimming for us! He was a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. I feel very comfortable with leaving my dog with him.
Simon was amazing with Hazel! He kept us updated with pictures and messages throughout the day. Hazel came home worn out from all the fun she had at Simon’s. We’re incredibly grateful for his patience, especially since Hazel is still learning her manners after we adopted her from the shelter a few months ago. Simon even went the extra mile by helping teach her commands. He’s been wonderful, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to him for care again in the future.
