Marcella is great with Murphy and will often give him special treats and extra love. Unfortunately this time she missed a couple check ins or would show up at very different times than scheduled without previously communicating the change.

She consistently does a phenomenal job checking on my Bella, making sure her bowl is full and she’s been walked. Marcella is consistently gentle, patient, and attentive to her needs — and is incredibly communicative as a sitter, which I love! Every time I return, Bella looks happy, healthy, and *so* content.
