The communication and care by Melissa was exactly what we as parents of a sensitive pup needed. The specific instructions were followed well, and Melissa’s added layer of empathy for animals was a bonus.

Melissa has taken Winston on 2 walks for us and has always gone above and beyond to make sure that Winston is having a great walk. She sends photos and gives him lots of tasty treats. She’s even been able to accommodate us on short notice which has been very helpful for when last minute things come up.
