Juliann was great! She enjoyed my dogs and sent a lot of photos and updates since one is just a pup and has not been away from us much. She's extremely responsive and responsible. We are so happy we found her!!!

Did not show up for the drop-in appointment. My dog went over 12 hours without a bathroom break. No communication.

Juliann was absolutely amazing with our dog, Percy, during his 10-day stay with her! From the very beginning, she made us feel completely at ease, and that only continued while we were away. She sent tons of photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind and honestly made our day every time! We could see how happy, relaxed, and well-loved Percy was the entire time. Our only fear was that Percy would never want to come home with all the fun he had! It’s so clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches, and Percy came home calm, happy, and clearly very well cared for. Knowing he was in such great hands made being away so much easier for us. We are so grateful to have found her and would absolutely trust Juliann again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Juliann. I could tell from her updates that Teddy was enjoying his time away from home and felt like part of the family.

Juliann was incredible! She consistently updated me on Murphy with photos and videos. She cleaned up messes that Murphy made in addition to keeping my house clean. She was not hesitant to ask any questions which gave me peace of mind that she wanted to give the best care she could to Murphy. She was accommodating to changes and responded fast. I am so appreciative Murphy received such good care while I was gone. Thank you Juliann!

I cannot recommend Juliann enough!!!! She was so lovely and easy to communicate with, and she made time to meet with us before our trip so we could speak with her about our cats! It made us feel so much more at ease. While we were on the trip, she sent us a ton of photos and updates! She did everything we asked and even stayed a little longer for some visits to give the cats extra love! Very easy 5 stars :)
